Introduction - Who are we ?

 

Today the Machefert Group allies the strength of a network of 20 establishments owned by Les Hotels de Paris, a family business founded in 1992, and the authentic experience of 19 hotels, each different from one another, including 15 restaurants and bars and a Spa. Since its creation, the group has capitalized on its differences to outline the future of hospitality and through this has positioned itself among the most dynamic and innovative independent groups in its industry.

In 2017,  a new label was launched: Machefert Group, to confirm the positioning of the company as a lifestyle brand. Between 2017 and 2019, the first three-year plan of the Group , named (R) evolution, focused on 3 pillars:

• Hospitality

• Food & Beverage (F&B)

• Technology and Digital

 In 2022, in order to celevrate its 30^th anniversary,  a new three-year plan named "Reputation" was launched It will continue and deepen the investments deployed on the 3 pillars previously identified since 2017 as levers with high added value allowing the Group to differentiate itself in its industry and will put focus on (i) HR training (ii) development of the Machefert brand (iii) profitability (iv) performance (v) mixed of uses and (vi) eco-responsibility.
